Manufacturing Operator - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring Manufacturing Operator for temporary to hire positions in the Menomonie, WI area.

Job Description:

• Working on the production floor operating plastic injection molding machines and inspecting product according to quality plan.
• Degate, trim or do additional secondary operations according to the control plan.
• Package product to customer requirements.
• Label product containers with proper ID.
• Identify molding problems and notify Molding Technician for corrections.
• Perform assembly of product as directed
• Complete daily Production Activity Log.
• Maintain stable mold cycle.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma / GED equivalent.
• Able to understand visual part aspects
• Able to understand basic safety standards.
• Excellent attendance required.

Ideal Candidates:

• Previous plastics experience preferred.
