Job Title: Injection Mold Tech
Terms of Employment: Full Time to start ASAP
Pay: $16 to $21/hr DOE
Number of positions: 1
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and setup sustainable decoupled Injection Molding processes that produce quality parts.
- Be proficient in correcting Injection Molding process flaws.
- Assist Supervisor with correcting quality issues.
- Assist Supervisor with producing and providing work instructions.
- Document and track processing parameters on a daily basis.
- Start and restart IMM and diagnose/correct IMM down time issues.
- Diagnose and notify manager, maintenance and/or tooling personnel of any non-standard or sub- performance operational IMM or mold issues.
- Notify manager of IMM operational, safety and quality issues.
- Review and submit accurate/consolidated resin and regrind inventories daily.
- Assist supervisor in reviewing and submitting accurate/consolidated production data sheets daily.
- Ensure training and cross training of all team members on IMM related matters.
- Notify Manager of any nonstandard issues for the department and assigned IMM's/team members.
- 3R and 5S should be included.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years Injection Molding Machine with 2500 ton plus clamping force experience
Special Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Engel IMM experience.
- Decoupled Molding experience.
- HPM IMM experience.
- Fanuc 6-Axis Robot experience
- Star 3-axis Robot experience
