About this job
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant for their fast paced growing company!!
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager with daily activities such as answering the phones, assisting customers face-to-face and via phone, support sales team and generating company’s daily invoicing.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Knowledge of LTL Freight is a PLUS
Excellent phone skills
Must be very “detail-oriented”
Must be able to prioritize task and have the ability to multi-tasking
Time management a must!
Ability work in a fast paced environment
Computer skills are a must – will train on in-house system, MS Word and MS Excel needed
Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: $30,000 - $34,000 contingent up experience
