The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing existing operations of product flow, performing cost benefit analysis, making recommendations, and implementing plans with consistent control. This person will provide follow through and effective resource utilization to achieve desired results which will improve internal efficiencies and service to our customers.

Position responsibilities:

• Drive the scope and direction of the LMS and Budget Department
• Manage employee performance
• Create annual budgets and provide monthly forecasting and associated expense reports
• Manage the Labor Management System (LMS Program)
• Validate task structures and time standards and conduct capacity management trend analysis
• Maintain and enhance staffing model, collaborate with department managers for validation and provide staffing figures to HR for recruitment and hiring
• Project building orders and returns based on marketing analysis
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve service in all areas

Skills and experience:

• B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in Fulfillment Operations
• Excellent leadership skills
• Active listening skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to demonstrate good judgment when making decisions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Promote diversity
• Able to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
