HVAC Customer Service/Troubleshooting Representative
Our client, a distributor of restaurant/kitchen supplies located near Westbury is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to do troubleshooting over the phone with customers. The successful candidate will have a good phone etiquette and strong computer skills. This position will involve very minimal to no service work in the field.
Job Responsibilities
? Deliver post-sales technical support to customers, dealers and contractors
? Answer customer calls in a timely manner to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
? Provide technical training on products as needed
? Must be open to local travel as needed
Requirements
? Minimum of 5-7 years of technical experience
? Technical knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC products and applications
? Experience with technical troubleshooting
? Strong internet and PC skills required
? Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
