Community Service Representative - Full-time

The Community Service Representative is expected to perform a variety of duties in the marketing of companionship and home care services.  They are expected to research and pursue new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing referral sources.  They are also responsible for fielding incoming calls for service, schedule care consultations, perform care consultations, introductions, and quality assurance visits when needed.  The main focus of the position is to manage all service inquiries and develop strategies for follow-up to achieve a 40% conversion rate. The candidate must have excellent listening skills, ability to understand and deal with new or trying situations, ability to identify significant problems and opportunities.  The ability to quickly problem-solve is required.  Knowledge of the senior care industry is a plus. A passion for working with seniors and their families to enhance their lives is very important to this position.
