We are currently hiring General Laborers in Sauget, IL. This is an outstanding opportunity with a reputable energy company! This is a great opportunity that could turn into a permanent position for the right person.
Job Description:
- Assist in the unloading of coal from trains
- Safely utilize a sledge hammer to knock open the doors
Job Requirements:
- Current MSHA certification required (3day/24hour course)
- Requires a strong physical ability to swing a sledge hammer roughly 180 times a day
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be prompt, willing to learn and work hard
Ideal Candidates:
- Previous heavy labor experience preferred
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $11 hour
Hours: 12 Hour shifts
