Position: Technical Support Liaison
#1 Objective: To answer incoming calls and provide technical service to one of the nations top cable providers.

Main duties include:
1. Answering Inbound Customer Service calls per hour from cable customers experiencing problems with either their cable TV, internet, or phone. Inputting data from calls into the system.

2. Provide excellent customer service to all callers and work efficiently to solve each customers issue.

3. At the end of the call you will up-sell the customer on additional products.



Requirements

Skills required:
1 Year + Call Center or Retail experience
PC familiarity and experience in Windows environment
Internet familiarity and comfort zone
Basic typing- 25 wpm hard minimum . . . Not just "hunting and pecking."
Clear pronunciation/articulation of all words
Complete business etiquette and professionalism towards co-workers/customers.
Active Listening skills


SHIFTS: FULL-TIME DAY/EVENING
Full-time shifts primarily:
37.5 HOURS worked per week.

OVERTIME: Commonly available during all weekends. Overtime pay starts at over 40 hours not 37.5 hours.
5 days a week with one weekend day.
Shifts are any 8 hours between 2pm and midnight.
30 minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.

Training: Monday-Friday: Between 2-10pm Training is paid and is in a classroom atmosphere after 3 weeks you will be on the phone for 2 weeks then transition to your "team".


Compensation:
$9 per hour while in training/$9.50 once out of training plus bonus and incentive programs.
