About this job



Executive Chef is responsible for: meeting IHR's high standard of quality for all food preparation, production and control for all the food outlets and banquet facilities; hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and participating in activities of the chef, cooks and all personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with productivity standards; cost controls; and forecast needs. A minimum of 2 years of culinary schooling is preferred, or any combination of education and experience equivalent, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Executive Chef must be able to obtain any government required licenses or certificates, such as the State Health certificate; CPR certification or first aid training preferred.

Schedule flexibility to work evening, weekends and holidays is a must.
