Dining Services Director - Full-time

The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is currently seeking a Dining Services Director to oversee all operations associated with our Dining Services Department. This position is directly responsible for development and implementation of all policies and procedures for the department while ensuring the highest quality of service, food, presentation and resident satisfaction with the overall food service program at the Rogue Valley Manor. Experience with direct employee supervision, annual budgeting, labor and food cost utilization and knowledge of all federal, state and local regulatory compliance associated with food service in a health care facility is required. Preferred candidate will have advanced knowledge of dietary needs, catering, and will possess the ability to work independently while making sound judgments concerning all aspects of the Dining Services Department.
