Randstad is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp to hire opportunity, to work for a reputable long standing materials testing service company located in Berkeley. This position reports to the office manager and is responsible for assisting on all general administrative office duties. This Talent must have a high level of professionalism and be able to operate at this level consistently. We need someone who can multi-task efficiently, a quick learner, and works well under pressure.
The Talent chosen must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, and excellent data entry skills.
Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements-
A minimum two years' experience as an administrative assistant
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Types a minimum of 45 WPM
