Production Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Qualification:
-Experince with Toshiba machines a MUST
-Experince with Nissi Machines a MUST

- Minimum of 3 years foreperson experience in injection molding manufacturing.
- Capable to do Mold installation, set-up and start up.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Familiar with system base quality approach, specify ISO09001:2008.
- Flexibility to work on different shifts as needed.
- Initiative and attention to detail.
-3rd shift

Responsibilities:

- Perform mold installation, set-up, and start up and Mold removal.
- Process Control & Troubleshooting. Set-up data maintenance including Set-Up Sheet, Mold Setting List, and Mold Change Checklist.
- Responsible for product quality on his / her assigned shift. Address concerns from Quality, Production, & Tooling in a controlled un-biased manner.
- Supervision and Training of Floor person, Lead operator and Machine operators.
- Supervision of raw material {resin and packaging}.
- Complete and execute the entire task assigned by the 24hrs instructions.
- E-mail a report of all the activities performed during the shift to the production team.
- Communicate closely with the production team members: {Production Supervisor, Quality Department and the other Shift Forepersons}.
- Perform other tasks as necessary to aid the company.

Working hours: 12:00-8:00am

Goals / Commitments:Client: Quality Department / Production Supervisor.
Achieve a good transition between shifts.
Complete the entire task assigned by the 24hrs instruction.
Understand the importance of the delivering days by following the Monthly schedule.
Reduce the waste of Raw materials{ resin and packaging }
Increase the production of the shift and the quality of our products.
