Randstad is working with a Wholesale Electronics Equipment Supplier in Cambridge, MA searching for a part time customer service representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn. The position involves a base wage and potential to bonus depending on the number of sales orders generated.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Calling current clients to ensure that their needs are met
-Calling past clients in order to update contact information and keep database current
-Redirecting calls as needed to the Sales Representatives to take orders
Working hours: Monday - Thursday
Qualifications:
1+ years experience interacting with people or customers
6+ months experience using a computer
Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Good attitude and willingness to learn
