We are working with a large financial institution located just west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and are actively seeking document processors to fill multiple entry-level positions in a data entry and clerical environment. Responsible Include:
- Processing a high volume of document transactions which include some variation and moderately difficult tasks.
- Focusing on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity.
- Ensuring bank guidelines are followed.
- Data entry with mail room responsibilities requiring a high level of attention for detail.
- Areas include Extraction, Document Preparation, Image Capture, Balancing, Data-keying, and Output.
- Processing a high volume of government forms while meeting and exceeding production goals.

Flexibility is a must!

Working hours are :
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5am-3:30pm
or
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 12noon-10:30pm

Benefits: Weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 1st shift 5:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m and 2nd shift 2:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate Include:
6 months - 1+ years of work experience in a production oriented environment.
Experience in a mailroom or a data entry environment is highly preferred.
Ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining high attention for detail.
Flexible, punctual and adaptable are all extremely important traits.
Effective organizational and communication skills.
Solid PC skills required.
7500+ keystrokes per hour (alphanumeric)
5000+ keystrokes per hour (10 key)
