Operations Specialist - Full-time

Staffmark is recruiting for a Direct Hire opporunity in Livonia, MI. This position is responsible for providing effective coordination, planning and administrative support to Effective Training Inc. (ETI) sales and marketing staff and providing general ETI office operations support.

Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience, required Five years experience coordinating education/training courses (classroom and online) or equivalent experience, required General database experience required. LMS and customer management database knowledge desired. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: •Highly developed planning and organizational skills •Well-developed administrative skills •Excellent communication skills •Exceptional attention to detail •Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently •Ability to work efficiently with personal computers and related peripheral equipment •Proficiency with word processing (MS Word preferred), spreadsheets (Excel preferred), presentation (Powerpoint preferred), report writers (Impromptu preferred), relational database application programs (CMS), Learning Management Systems (Pathlore LMS preferred), Adobe Acrobat (full version), PitStop, working with ftp files, Webex, and additional e-learning publishing tools, as needed. •Proficiency with virtual and online e-learning tools (Webex, Lectora or other elearning authoring tools), preferred •Technical knowledge of the industries served by our client, preferred •Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, required
