Work Location: 100 Cable Way, Staten Island

Training starts May 19th. Training Schedule: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Must be willing to work 8:00am- 8:00pm including Saturdays and Sundays


After Training Schedule: Must be willing to work evenings & weekends. Example: 8am to 8:00pm + EVERY Saturday AND Sunday




Essential Job Functions:
Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding current services. Provide information and perform a variety of duties within the Customer Care department consistent with departmental and Company policies and procedures. Process customer payments and solve customer problems within company policies and guidelines. Handle routine customer care calls, solicit sales of new customers, up sell services and provide benefits and features of our products to existing customers. Input and retrieve information from various databases and applications. Work with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) necessary. One year call center/customer care or other related customer contact experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast- paced environment required. Sales/Customer Focus/Quality oriented and results driven individual strongly preferred. Computer proficiency required

Excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills needed. Spanish, Chinese, Cantonese/Mandarin, Korean and Russian speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Must be available to work assigned shift as within guidelines.
