AOI Machine Operator

Leading electronic contract manufacturing company will be adding to their skilled staff. Although they do not offer medical benefits, most employees work overtime 6 days a week! Their production floor is clean and organized and everyone works together to contribute to their on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goals. Job Summary:
- Responsible for programming and operating automated optical inspection (AOI) machine for assembled printed circuit boards.
- Inspects finished or in-process electronic circuit boards and determines acceptance or rejection.
- Also using microscopes and the naked eye, inspect populated circuit boards or other electronic assemblies for compliance to specifications.
- Using supplied data, create or modify AOI programs.
- Prior experience in AOI and/or inspection is a plus.
- The ability to function in a fast-paced, driven environment is a must.
- The right candidate will be very computer literate, hopefully with some level of programming experience.
- Overtime will be required, at times with little advance notice.
