About this job
Intermediate level customer service representative that has excellent computer skills and very detail orientated. There is an intense three month training process to help with all phases of the position. The majority of calls will be inbound calls from new or existing customers. Must have professional phone etiquette and experienced in manufacturing industry. Experienced in a supervisor role for at least three years.
Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
- Knowledgeable in CRM or Synergy
- MUST know Excel
- Excellent computer skills
- Background in either mechanical or manufacturing
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
