We currently have an opportunity for a large company in Scottsdale. They urgently need a skilled, professional administrative assistant to help the business continue to grow! This is a temporary role with the possibilty of a hire for the right candidate. This position is an opportunity for you to establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.
Pay: $13.00-$16.00 per hour
Responsible for administrative support to a department or individuals. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office required. 3-5 yrs. of prior adminstrative experience is required.
Working hours: Standard Business Hours
*** REQUIRED: Candidates must have passed Word, Excel and PowerPoint testing (conducted by the agency) with a score of 80% or above. This is a professional office environment in which the candidate needs to be dressed nicely, be able to carry on conversations with the clients and overall be a helpful and kind person.
