About this job
Randstad is looking to hire candidates for our local bottling company client in the Brandon area. Cashering, A/P, A/R and strong data entry skills are needed. Associate will review and verify end of day driver paperwork, run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settled, send messages regarding settlement issues, ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork, maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit log, maintain records in BASIS route accounting system, review settlement exception reports and resolve issues, perform SAP to BASIS reconciliation
Working hours: Mon-Fri between 11:00am-8:00pm
- High School - GED or Diploma required.
- Some college preferred.
- SAP experience wanted
- 2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.
- Experience using BASIS Route Accounting system and SAP preferred.
- Experience in cash reconciliation preferred.
- Shift 11am to 8pm
