The Auto Parts Sales Representative - Outbound I is primarily responsible for identifying and growing new commercial accounts and developing an active assigned account base. Position requires a working knowledge of automotive systems, replacement parts sales and the needs of independent automotive repair professionals. New customer account development is an integral part of the job activity and overall position responsibility. The position requires the individual demonstrate the ability to grow sales via the telephone while consistently improving the quality and performance of assigned customers.
•Purpose will be to develop professional automotive repairs shops into long-term business clients.
•Solicitation of auto parts over the phone to established wholesale professional installer accounts including new prospective customers
•Manage and expand established accounts to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues
•Expand existing customer account base through cold calling of identified leads and inactive accounts
•Marketing WORLDPAC services to potential and repeat customers by building strong interpersonal business relationships
•Uses outstanding selling skills to identify sales and growth opportunities resulting in top line growth
•Contributing to WORLDPAC by meeting or exceeding individual and company sales goals

Required Skills
•Goal oriented and highly motivated automotive parts professionals
•Ability to work for, and contribute to a company with an aggressive and proven expansion model
•Automotive parts knowledge. Import knowledge a plus. Parts Manager, Parts Sales, Parts Estimator, Parts Adjustors, Assistant Parts Manager, Auto Parts Counter Sales
•Ability to close a sale and overcome common objections
•Customer Service, telemarketing or sales experience preferred (1-3 years minimum)
•Proficient with operating in a Microsoft Windows environment including the use all forms of media involving the Internet
•Spanish speaking a plus
•Works with minimal supervision
•Uses analytical and problem solving skills in a professional manner. Proficient w/data entry including speed and accuracy
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including a professional phone presence
