They are expanding their support services and this means Call Center Customer Service but the call center is mixed in with the other departments they will be providing answers. HOW TO BE CONSIDERED (No Exceptions)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
  • Must have experience doing insurance pre-authorizations or working with medical insurance EOB's or have experience working with medical insurance
  • Current or recent performance acknowledgement from your supervisor or company...we are hiring those who have a track record of accomplishment
  • Specific examples of how you personally WOW customers and Solve Problems!
