Of course, work would not be work without some responsibilities. As a Groundskeeper / Porter you will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining parking areas, property lawns, plant beds, irrigation systems and the swimming pool. You will work inside too, caring for offices, fitness facilities, entryways, stairways and hallways. You will coordinate with contractors hired for pool maintenance and extra landscaping, and will complete basic maintenance tasks. From simple everyday hazards to seasonal maintenance, safety will be a top concern for your position at all times. Qualified candidates must have a GED and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. This is a full-time position that typically works day shifts that are weekdays and some weekends.

Pay range for this position is $8.05 - $11.97 per hour.
