Retail Bank Experience background needed must be able to provide quality customer service to both potential and current clients. Assist with day to day operations; keeping a positive work environment. As a Customer Care Center Representative you will need to be able to ensure that Customer service is delivered to all clients/customers regarding their inquiries. Be able to recommend and sell banking products. Cashier experience needed, daily banking transactions. Answer high volume incoming phone calls. Be able to open and maintain new accounts. Maintain a call log and strong follow-up. You're highly self-motivated and extremely organized. You put your excellent people skills to good use. You have 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service, prior Banking, Cashier experience and you're a whiz with Microsoft Office, Excel and word.
