Pharmaceutical Customer Service Rep

Now seeking Pharmaceutical Customer Care Representative to receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to/from clients and vendors regarding the status of a service orders. Must be able to work with timelines, enter data appropriately and quickly, provide a high level of customer service in a timely manner. Seeking candidates with: * Recent and stable work history in a pharmaceutical industry such as a pharmacy technician * Above average computer skills (MS Excel; MS Word and Data Entry) will be required * Ability to quickly build rapport with clients * Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to problem solve * Strong Analytical skills will be required * Solid work history with excellent attendance Monday-Friday; 1st Shift Pays $12.00/HOUR Detailed criminal background check, drug test and verifiable high school diploma or GED will be required post offer.
