Working hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Responsibilities
1. Oversee 20-30 operators on the second shift
2. Define goals for each operation on a daily basis
3. Consistenly reach goals for quality and safety
Requirements:
* Knowledge of lean manufactruing and 5S experience
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Must be willing to learn and adapt
