Staffmark in partnership with CSS Antenna is hiring for experienced assemblers. This position will require mechanical assembly and soldering of components to build antennas.
Responsible for the sub-assemblies of antennas while using small hand tools and soldering equipment. Perform repetitive functions in either mechanical or electrical assemblies. Maintain an organized and clean work area and follow production schedule. Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Candidates should be able to demonstrate success in mechanical assembly and soldering. A minimum of 1 year experience is required, 2+ preferred.
Must have the ability to communicate well, follow written and verbal instructions and understand detailed drawings.
Ideal candidate will be reliable, have transportation, be detail oriented, perform well under pressure and work overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. 95% of tasks are done standing.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and have verifiable references.
