Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.


 


Positions in this function will conduct various client account audits to:



  • Identify and analyze claim errors to provide solutions at the root cause level

  • Validate issues and root causes identified with business SMEs to obtain functional area ownership

  • Determine appropriate action plans and obtain buy-in from functional areas on remediation activities and dates

  • Follow up to ensure timely execution of action plans

  • Conduct and distribute internal reporting on client audit error trends/causes

  • Analyzes and investigates

  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

  • Ability to develop pareto charts with defect data

  • Serves as a resource to others

Requirements

 



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in business and root cause analysis

  •  Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Sharepoint, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated process improvement, root-cause analysis, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required

  •  Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required

  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
