Inside Help/Production Associate

Food preparation and production help needed:

TEWKBURY Edible Arrangements is looking to add to our existing team! We are seeking a motivated individual with a flexible schedule to help prepare fruit for daily production and building of our breathtaking arrangements. Applicants should be detail oriented, enjoy working on a team, and take pride in the quality of their work. Food service and food prep experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Arranges bouquets according to EA methods and procedures.

Prepare arrangements according to daily orders while following approved procedures and proper portion sizes.

Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for designing

Wrap arrangements and box dipped fruit

Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.

Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly.

Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.

Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
