In this customer service/call center role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of calls - both sales & service related. Professionalism, ability to problem solve, as well as respond to and effectively satisfy customer concerns is very important to achieving success in the role.

This is a true call center environment whereby attendance and punctuality is paramount as you will function as part of a larger team. This is a temporary assignment.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Strong problem solving skills
Solid MS Office knowledge, and use of internet
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which is deadline driven
Possess the desire, and passion to exceed customer expectations
