The Inside Sales Group Manager is responsible for all aspects of hiring, training, coaching and motivating inside sales agents. This ensures that the team is capable and successful in growing their business and reaching established goals. This includes understanding our sales process and coaching salespeople to:
- Make regular, proactive sales calls to customers and prospects.
- Have consistent, timely follow-through and active listening skills.
- Build strong relationships.
- Take good sales notes and update SalesForce.com appropriately.
