Our client, located in Doral, is seeking a Business to Business Sales Associate to manage and grow new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate and government customers
- Call “warm sales leadsâ€
- Build relationships with new clients
- Understand the business needs and issues of clients and provide proper consultations
- Follow up and respond to customer requests for assistance, price quotes, literature, etc.
- Be aware of market conditions and trends
- Attend on-going training to improve product knowledge
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Corporate call center environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous business to business experience
- High school Diploma
- Having prior call center experience is a plus
- Having technical familiarity with computers and corporate IT infrastructure is required
- MUST BE AGGRESSIVE and able to work with a commission structure
- Must be able to multi-task and work within a deadline driven, pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal and business acumen skills
