Aerotek has an immediate opening for a temp to perm Compliance Auditor at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.
Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor of Pre Employment Testing, the Compliance Auditor will be responsible for auditing and managing the contractual requirements for many key customers.
This individual will be the primary contact for the Strategic Sales Directors & Executives and is critical in educating the field offices, driving customer compliance and escalating areas of non-compliance when necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor and verify adherence to company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers
- Audit of each newly hired contract employee versus the client’s on boarding requirements
- Ensure data point storage accuracy in SharePoint
- Communicate non-compliant issues to the appropriate partners
- Run queries to gather audit data
- Strive to create efficiencies within the on boarding process
- Perform client audits as requested
- Perform ad hoc assignments/projects as requested
- Follow up with field offices on outstanding documentation
REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Must be detail/accuracy oriented
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work with a team or independently
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Both a self-starter and works well in a team environment
- Able to learn on the fly
- Strives for continued self development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior compliance/analytical background and customer service experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel & Word)
- PeopleSoft 8 experience is highly encouraged but not mandatory
