Adult Beverage Promoter - Full-time / Part-time

Are you people-oriented, self-motivated, and friendly? Advantage Sales and Marketing wants people like you to be an Adult Beverage Promoter in one of our clients’ retail locations.

This role generates brand awareness and boost sales by hosting an in-store micro party to provide samples and information to adults during in-store promotions. You'll also develop and maintain solid professional relationship wiith store personnel.

As an Adult Beverage Promoter, you are responsible for reading and understanding all program materials, setting up and breaking down your work area, preparing, and sampling products on scheduled event days.

Adult Beverage Promoters will:

The beverage promoter conducts consumer facing activities.

Our promoters are friendly and knowledgeable, and represent our client professionally.

Our promoters share information about the products and encourage sales.

Make a significant impact on sales and improve the customer's buying experience.

Beverage promoters have the ability to assist customers based on their individual usage needs and interests.

Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, while meeting deadlines.

Adult Beverage Promoters Qualifications:

Must have previous experience as server, bartender or have worked with alcohol in past.

Must be confident, and articulate to speak effectively and informatively with consumers.

Independent and motivated team player.

Ability to work full-time or part-time retail schedule, Monday through Sunday.

Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day.

Minimal travel required for training or other scheduled events.

Daily access to a PC computer with Internet/email access.

Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
