Job Description:
- Develop, establish and maintain operational programs, policies, processes and procedures ensuring quality performance of our products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and/or managers
- Assist in Lean Manufacturing
- Assist in production scheduling
- Oversee activities directly
- Develop staffing Plan
- Interview
Qualifications:
- Direct and coordinate operational projects.
- Direct and coordinate activities of your department concerned with the production, gross profit, and shipment of products.
- Provides significant guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches.
- Monitor department efficiencies and ensure the quality of our product.
- Drives the development of department tools and methodologies.
- Assures the adequate implementation of management objectives.
- Assist in the development of strategic operational planning, make recommendations for resource
allocations and provide key performance indicator (KPI) information to management on product and system performance. Assist in the establishment of long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them (i.e. develop policies, procedures, methods, and/or standards).
