Client Services Manager

Whelan Security is looking for a talented and driven leader to manage client services in the Canton, MS area!

Requirements

The Client Services Manager serves as a liaison between the organization and our customers and works to ensure that customer service is of the highest of standards – capable of representing Whelan as the premier provider of contract security services in the industry. Specific responsibilities include:

· Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between Whelan, our client, and our assigned staff

· Meet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction

· Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account

· Perform off-hour visits, review security logs, and regularly inspect all posts to ensure company and client policies and procedures have been properly implemented

· Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports


Mandatory Prerequisites

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant supervisory or management experience. A college degree (Associates or greater) is preferred although equivalent experience will be considered. Previous contract services, hospitality, military or law enforcement experience is desirable, as are CPP/PSP and related certifications. Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessments, interviews, past employment verification, and a personality profile (behavioral assessment).

We are looking for intelligent, courteous individuals with a friendly attitude, professional demeanor, great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
