JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the liaison between Sales Consultants and the Fulfillment center in Atlanta. Partners with Sales Consultants on creating quality schedules that reinforce our solutions selling model and that fit within the client’s goals and objectives. .

Key duties include partnering with Sales Consultants in creating schedules, partnering with Sales Services for order entry and revision instructions, managing and troubleshooting ad copy, fulfilling make good requests, and managing client requests.

Takes responsibility to solve internal / external customer problems.

ILLUSTRATIVE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Ensures that ad copy is submitted to the CFC, entered into Ad Copy Wizard per client’s instructions, and approved and corrected if necessary; updates or troubleshoots ad copy and locates previously used spot IDs and copy media, as needed

2. Investigates pre-empted spots, submits make good instructions based on client or sales consultant direction, and ensures that make goods are processed correctly in Novar.

3. Collaborates with assigned sales consultants to develop client solutions May upsell in line with client goals and objectives and previously agreed-upon client solutions, especially in conjunction with make goods.

4. Calls customers to obtain information or missing ad copy, responds to customers’ questions, solves their schedule-related problems, and handles other client requests by phone; in conjunction with a sales consultant provides follow-up information and post-campaign details to clients.

5. Submits digital media (online product, mobile, VOD, Interactive), local origination channel (LO) orders using the appropriate fulfillment processes and systems.

6. Monitors client’s preempts. Initiates and takes action as needed to engage sales consultants on proposed modifications, changes, and/or client notifications needed.

7. Sets up new clients/agencies in TIM and works with CFC to set them up in Novar and set up their billing.

8. Coordinates and provides direction and assistance to SSCs regarding order entry and revision.

9. Investigates and resolves credit holds and misapplied payments; maintains records and keeps balance on all trade accounts.

10. Attends job-related training that may include refresher training, and service updates

11. Quality checks all work before submission to achieve a high level of accuracy in all work and assigned tasks.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

1. 2 years experience in a an office environment or performing customer sales service work, OR a bachelor’s degree

2. 18 years of age or older

3. Eligibility to work in theUnited States

4. 6 months experience using Microsoft Office applications in a work or non-work setting

Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Post high school education pertaining to Media sales, advertising or marketing

3. Previous experience in a media sales environment

4. 1 year experience in using Microsoft Excel
