Qualify new business & up-sell leads for the sales team. More importantly, these agents will be working to help customers setup Google Apps for Business in order to increase conversion, lifetime value, and overall satisfaction with Google Enterprise.
Strategically & persistently help customers setup Apps through high volume phone calls and email campaigns.
Requirements: Confident presenter who is comfortable interacting with customers, uncovering business drivers, and selling Google Enterprise products. Agents should also have a strong desire to help customers through the technical nature of setup.
Do well with goals and will strive to hit and exceed demand targets. Thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical. Attention to detail via extensive follow-up and tracking will also be an important aspect of this role.
It is inbound, so customers are calling in for support with existing business apps and you are helping with the setup. At this step in the process, the person in this role should be up selling and finding new needs, introducing new products based on their needs. So this person needs to have really good customer service skills and good probing skills.
Slam Dunk Candidates: Wireless Carriers, Electronic Stores (Best Buy, Frys, Apple Store, Windows Store), Consumer Products Tech support.
This is a 6 month contract targeted to Start 3/10 AND 3/17
MUST HAVE a BACHELOR'S Degree COMPLETED TO BE CONSIDERED. Additionally, applicants who do not have sales and customer service experience will not be considered.
