Customer Service Representative

This role is a customer service focused position in which candidate will be working with internal dealer personal. Primary responsibility will include order entry into their AS400 system. Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Working with customers with questions, inquiries and concerns. Trouble shooting along with the customer to resolve and handle all questions with the use of inbound/outbound calls, email and instant messenger chatting. Candidate must be able to perform within fast paced environment, strong ability to multi task, detailed and highly organized. Position offers a variety of work and demands one to have strong decision making skills.
