PBM UAT Testing - Carlsbad, CA - Full-time / Part-time

Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us develop and implement effective business solutions through research, audit and analysis of technical systems and platforms!  As a PBM UAT Tester, you will be empowered to test functionality of new system upgrades, and releases.  Our testing teams are asked to use their technical acumen, and operational understanding to identify functional errors, bugs, and breaks within our systems.  The testing teams work with a variety of teams from end users, technical teams, and operational teams to assist with testing, and resolution of errors found in testings. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for writing test cases to support user acceptance testing.
• Work with HP Application Lifecyle Management to coordinate resolution of defects and help test out migrations through execution of test cases.
• Emphasis is on validating business processes, finding defects and exercising all functionality.
• Testing changes to software as well as break fixes.
• Responsible for analysis of change documentation for system enhancements and defects.
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience
• 1+ year of experience in business/finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management required. 
• Functional testing with Oracle Systems experience
• Functional testing with HP Quality Center/ HP Application Lifecycle management experience
• Experience or familiarity with testing and/or using other order processing applications. 

Assets:

• Previous Healthcare Experience
• Previous IT experience (Business Analysis and/or testing experience).
