To that end, the Quality Assurance Specialist role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.

California MENTOR is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to provide and assist with orientation with training on program and licensing standards. This individual will review consumer records and assures compliance with licensing and Network standards, conducts investigations as required and supports incident reporting timeliness. The Quality Assurance Specialist assists with corrective actions and serves as Quality Assurance (QA) liaison and communication funnel between and state offices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and three years of experience in quality assurance or other related social services field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
