About this job

Duties will consist of coordinating conferences and any calls for the PMs; taking care of all logistical information, handling all expense reports for the 2 PMs (credit card statements, check requests, travel requests etc.) handling any travel management and tracking vendor meetings, assisting PMs with any reports of project summaries for meetings, taking meeting minutes, coordinate travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, transportation etc.), setting up conference rooms for meetings, processing mail for the department and answering phone calls.

Schedule is M-F; Bachelor's Degree OR HS Diploma Plus 4 years of job related experience required. If this is lacking, candidates will not be considered
