Branch Operations Supervisor
  • Procures supplies and equipment in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Orders drugs, solutions and ancillary supplies from vendors to ensure preferred product compliance. Enters inventory data and purchase orders into purchasing system.
  • Coordinates and supervises delivery activities. Delivers products as needed.
  • Ensures compliance of policies and procedures for shipping, receiving and delivery.
  • Manages the service center inventory to maximize inventory turns while ensuring inventory levels are maintained to meet business requirements.
  • Ensures proper rotation of inventory/maintenance of inventory levels. Monitors product expiration dates.
  • Manages the service center assets to ensure patient availability.
  • Communicate effectively with service centers and corporate office personnel to meet business requirements and ensure policy and procedure compliance.
  • Ensures the shipping, receiving and delivery of products are in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains files and records of all supply transactions, delivery activities, etc. Prepares reports and analysis as needed.
  • Coordinates and follows up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls and damaged freight claims.
  • Administers pricing contracts from outside vendors. Sets up proper price matrices in computer.
  • Oversees the Asset Management Program.
  • Maintains professional and ethical relationships with vendors.
  • Oversees that warehouse vehicles are clean, organized and in appropriate condition.
  • May schedule and coordinate the delivery of goods.
  • Conducts periodic and annual inventories.
  • Maintains branch PI retention and disposition logs.
  • Performs account payable functions for drug and inventory goods.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.





Qualifications

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
  • At least three years related experience is required, including a minimum of two years supervisor experience preferred.
