Job Description
This position oversees the accuracy of all orders in preparation for prompt shipment and prepares records of receipt of incoming material and equipment. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Job Requirements
• Bilingual candidates are preferred because they provide direction to both English and Spanish speaking employees
• Prepares bill of lading for each shipment and checks/records all items loaded for shipment
• Posts shipments to customer orders and calculates balance to be shipped
• Closes out orders and forwards required docs to production and accounting
• Notifies Plant Manager when discrepancies occur
• Maintains shipment records
• Office clerical skills and some physical effort required in lifting
• If appropriate, PPE is required at all times
Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates
• Experience helpful
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm
