Reach Truck Operator - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring entry level Reach Truck Operators in the Lebanon IN area for a warehouse/distribution facility! This temporary-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work for a global leader.

Starting pay for the Reach Truck Operator position is $11.75 per hour.

Positions are on a variety of shifts.


2nd shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am
3rd shift: Monday-Friday 7:00pm to 3:30am


As an Reach Truck Operator , you will support the production process. Reach Truck Operators learn skills to move into roles such as, Line Leads, Team Leads, and Supervisor roles.

As a Reach Truck Operator you have the duties of:


- Operation of a reach truck to load and unload shipments
- Staging materials within the warehouse
- Documenting incoming and outgoing shipments

To perform the Reach Truck Operator role successfully, the following is required:


- Prior forklift operation experience required
- Ability to lift 50lbs continuously
- Stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Has own steel toe boots
