Night Cleaner - Westin Bonaventure Los Angeles, CA

Night Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen area and equipment is maintained in a clean working condition in order to comply with Health Department regulations. The Night Cleaner is also responsible for cleaning kitchen areas, including floors, grills, basins and food preparation areas after the kitchen has been shut down at night.
