About this job
Universal Marketing Group is looking for multiple Inside Sales Representatives to do the following:
- Handle and convert inbound calls from customers into sales of products
-Up sell associated products with main purchases (every item has 3-5 up sell options)
-Demonstrate excellent customer service, clearly and concisely communicate product offerings and options with customers (50-60 calls per shift on weekends).
Hours: 25 hours/week. Position can transition to full time based on performance. Schedule is Saturday & Sunday, 4am-12pm, AND Friday OR Monday weekly.
Pay Rate: 10/hour.
