In addition to following Firewürst's policies and procedures, Assistant Manager activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting General Manager with all marketing, training, and operational initiatives
• Assisting General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
• Possessing knowledge of both FOH and BOH activities at a Firewürst restaurant
• Adhering to all checklists and procedures
• Assisting in cash management and daily reconciliations
