Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse - (HPC RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $33.00 *
Spend the summer working close to the South Jersey Shore working as a Hospice visiting RN. Eight hour shifts with varied start times and on call too! Don't miss this amazing opportunity.
The hospice and palliative care nurse (HPC RN) provides care to patients in the final stages of life, managing pain and other symptoms in collaboration with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other health workers. Hospice RNs typically work in an in-home basis with terminally ill patients, while palliative care nurses treat patients with longer prognoses and typically practice in hospitals, assisted-living facilities, nursing homes, and rehabilitation units.
