Randstad is currently assisting a client in the Concord, MA area for a permanent Customer Service Representative!
This individual will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving issues. This candidate will be responsible for managing the inquiries from customers, meeting quotas and performance marks, maintain company image within customer contact, recognize customer call trends.
Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
The successful candidate will need a passion for assisting customers and working in team settings. Retail experience is preferred. Previous experience in inbound call center is also preferred.
